Effective dosage

I exclusively take beta-carotene because retinol vitamin A is harmful to the liver, which is a proven fact. My doctor permits me to take substantial doses of beta-carotene and vitamin E, as my analysis results show both are at the lower limit of normal. There is definitely an improvement in my tests and skin condition.

Liver protection

This product has been excellent for reinforcing my liver and diminishing skin redness around sores and cuts. I have used it for years and have seen significant benefits.

Safety concerns
4 people found this helpful
I am concerned about safety; these capsules contain the upper limit of what is deemed a "safe" daily intake of vitamin A. Any additional dietary intake of vitamin A throughout the day enters hepatotoxic territory. Vitamin A is stored in the liver, and its accumulation could lead to serious health issues. I would recommend selecting a supplement with a lower dosage.
